Injection Moulding Setter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a busy manufacturing site in Blackburn that supplies high‑quality plastic components to the automotive industry. The role offers a supportive environment with clear pathways for career progression and a range of employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out tool changes on various injection moulding machines within defined target times.
• Identify and report faults with mould tools, dyes and machinery.
• Assist the maintenance team with routine tasks.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with both injection and blow moulding machinery.
• Valid Forklift (FLT) licence – a must.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Experience in lifting and slinging operations.

What we offer

• Salary between £35,000 and £37,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Monday‑Friday, 10 am – 6 pm shift pattern.
