IT Technician – Onsite Support

About the role

Hydrachem is seeking an onsite IT Technician to join a growing team and work alongside a managed IT support provider. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, servers, cloud services and security while helping staff maximise the use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and emerging Power Apps solutions. Experience with ERP systems is a plus as the role will help build a full onsite IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on IT support and troubleshooting for all staff.
• Manage servers, network infrastructure, cloud services and firewalls.
• Support, train and advise users on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies.
• Develop competence in Power Apps and ERP systems.
• Contribute to the creation of a dedicated onsite IT department.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Strong IT troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of networks, servers and security (desirable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
