About the role

Key responsibilities

• Secure and improve Linux infrastructure.
• Deploy IDS/IPS tools such as Suricata, Zeek, and Snort.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other network controls.
• Build logging and monitoring pipelines.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and patch management.
• Analyse logs and network traffic for threats.
• Automate security tasks using Bash and Python.

Required profile

• Strong experience administering Linux systems.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to firewalls, monitoring, and logging technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation.
