Logistic Scheduler

About the role

We are a well‑established games‑room supplier based in Epsom, looking for an organised and proactive Logistics & Installation Scheduler. You will coordinate daily routing and scheduling for a fleet of three vans delivering and installing pool tables and amusement equipment across the UK. The role demands strong geographical knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly when plans change.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily routes for three delivery and installation vans.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations throughout the UK, reacting to last‑minute changes, delays, vehicle issues, and customer requirements.
• Optimise routes for efficiency, time, cost and fuel usage.
• Liaise with drivers, installers, warehouse staff and customers.
• Manage installation times for a range of products.
• Use Excel to track routes, jobs, timings and operational data.
• Monitor workload capacity and ensure orders are complete and on time.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transport planning, logistics scheduling or route coordination.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Experience in furniture delivery, installation, logistics or a similar industry is advantageous.
• Experience with European export and shipping operations is preferred.
