Marketplace Manager (Amazon)

About the role

We Are Aspire is recruiting a Marketplace Manager for an established electronics business based in London, working with an Amazon account. The role combines Amazon trading, performance advertising and commercial strategy, with ownership of a high-volume account and a budget of £500k+ in annual media spend. It is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Own a high-volume Amazon account and drive revenue, market share and profitability
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising and A+ Content to improve visibility and conversion
• Analyse sales performance, rankings, margins and customer behaviour to find trading opportunities
• Manage £500k+ in annual media spend, balancing investment against sales, acquisition and profitability targets
• Plan, run and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and advertising efficiency
• Work across Amazon DSP and Prime Video advertising
• Turn marketplace data into commercial decisions, test campaign strategies and product content, and track performance against key KPIs

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing an Amazon marketplace account via Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Experience across Amazon trading and advertising, with a grasp of how they affect each other
• Ability to manage paid media campaigns and allocate budgets wisely
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to testing and improvement
• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already have the right to live and work in the UK
