Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights)

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer on the night shift (7 pm‑7 am) working a 4‑on‑4‑off roster. The position offers a competitive salary of £42,000‑£45,000 per year plus shift allowance, overtime, training and a strong benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on machinery.
• Perform reactive breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement projects across the plant.
• Maintain site services and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

Required profile

• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off schedule.
• Commitment to health and safety and quality standards.
