New Homes Business Development Manager - Kent

About the role

Arun Estates is recruiting a New Homes Business Development Manager based in Kent (Medway City Estate). The role involves securing new home sales instructions from housebuilder clients and managing a team of site sales consultants. The basic salary depends on experience, with realistic earnings including commission of £50,000 to £55,000. The position is full time, five days a week (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends), and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business and present it to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions
• Liaise with residential offices and developers
• Manage, incentivise and motivate a team of site sales consultants
• Generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
• Work with the area new homes support team so that marketing and sales administration are handled correctly
• Solve problems, influence outcomes and work towards set targets
• Work closely with the land team

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning new homes sales instructions on developments of varying sizes
• Experience as a New Homes Sales Professional, with some background in residential estate agencies
• Living in the Kent area
• Professional, organised and hard-working, with strong customer service and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets
