PMO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic PMO Manager to lead the development of a Group PMO function for a fast‑growing global engineering and project services business. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will shape governance, reporting and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement PMO frameworks, governance structures and reporting mechanisms for the Group.
• Manage the global portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring milestones, risks, budgets and dependencies are tracked and delivered.
• Produce clear dashboards, insights and performance reports for the Executive Team and Board.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to drive accountability and successful delivery.
• Continuously improve PMO processes, reporting standards and project governance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Required profile

• Confident, organised and commercially minded leader with experience building or developing a PMO in a global or multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge where needed and keep projects moving.
• Hands‑on approach with autonomy to deliver results without constant direction.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure or similar project‑led sectors.
