Programme Manager – Aerospace (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead aerospace component programmes for a leading manufacturer. The role oversees the full product lifecycle, ensuring technical, commercial and customer objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned programmes and product families from inception to end‑of‑life.
• Establish and deliver against clear programme objectives.
• Review business cases, mitigate risks and chair programme reviews.
• Manage commercial relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of business, technical, commercial and customer goals.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified Engineer.
• Proven programme or project management experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Well‑developed leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
