Project Manager (Agile Delivery)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile delivery expertise to join a unique business that combines independent news, market data, advanced analytics, and expert insight for energy professionals. You will work closely with the Product Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, and governance of projects using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, milestones, and success criteria.
• Maintain project plans, sprint schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Remove blockers, support delivery teams, and track progress using tools such as velocity dashboards.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Promote continuous improvement and embed lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience supporting iterative delivery cycles and Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to handle competing priorities, changing requirements, and delivery risks.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical and non‑technical teams.
