Property Undergraduate Work Placement

About the role

Mitchells & Butlers offers a Property Undergraduate Work Placement for students who want hands-on experience in property and the built environment. The placement covers a diverse estate of around 2,500 properties, from Grade I listed buildings to modern retail parks, and gives students real responsibility and exposure to how property decisions affect the business.

Key responsibilities

• Work across a wide estate of about 2,500 properties, from historic buildings to retail parks.
• Gain exposure to Building Maintenance, Development, Estate Management and Property Finance.
• Take part in real projects and meaningful work, rather than just observing.
• Learn alongside experienced professionals, including RICS, CIOB and CABE members, and be mentored by a Chartered Professional.
