Residential Conveyancer

About the role

A client of 2i Recruit is seeking an organised and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join its Residential Development team in Guildford. The team works with a strong portfolio of national and regional housebuilders, selling new building plots in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The post is client-facing and involves managing your own caseload of sales from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of sales from instruction to completion using a case management system
• Ensure all transactions progress smoothly
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
• Contribute to the success of a highly regarded property team

Required profile

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and support others
• Professionalism, discretion and composure under pressure
• Previous experience handling sales or working in a residential development or conveyancing team is highly advantageous

Required skills

• Good IT skills, ideally with experience of using a case management system
