Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shop

About the role

Entain is looking for a Retail Customer Service Manager to join its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering excellent service, handling bets and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all shop visitors.
• Take bets on a wide range of sports and events and process transactions, including cash handling.
• Demonstrate betting products and terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Maintain high shop standards and adhere to safer gambling guidelines.
• Open and close the shop as a key holder, following scheduled rotas.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

Required skills

• Cash handling.
• Operation of betting terminals and point‑of‑sale systems.
