About the role
Cubitt & West is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Surrey area. The role is full time, five days a week including Saturdays (3 on, 1 off), and pays a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission, giving a guaranteed minimum combined income of £29,400.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers, suggest extra services and make sure they have the best possible experience
- Use the phone actively to make calls and build relationships with customers
- Organise and host viewings and open days
- Agree and accept offers
- Hand over keys to customers who move into their new homes
Required profile
- A positive attitude and a passion for making things happen
- An engaging personality that inspires customers to take action
- A desire to help people find their perfect home
- Self-motivated, ambitious and able to thrive under pressure
- A full driving licence and your own car
