Sales and Support Specialist

About the role

As a Sales and Support Specialist you will help farmers discover the benefits of virtual fencing and support existing customers to maximise their Nofence system. The role blends sales, customer service and technical support, requiring strong relationship‑building and a passion for agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing accounts where appropriate.
• Provide practical guidance on using Nofence technology and support customers through phone, email and ticketing system.
• Record support cases, track issues to resolution and escalate complex technical problems to product teams.
• Share recurring issues and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Support agricultural shows, demonstrations and occasional travel to customer farms.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about agriculture and motivated to help customers succeed.
• Experience in sales, customer service or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Understanding of livestock, grazing or pasture management (practical farming experience a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and adaptable in a growing business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ticketing systems for customer support.
