Senior CNC Machinist – 5 Axis Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a newly‑established factory in Milton Keynes. You will work autonomously within a tight‑knit workshop team, overseeing project workloads and contributing to the growth of a global precision‑components manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Produce specialist components for automotive, aerospace and automation projects.
• Train and mentor junior operatives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the new factory.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Hands‑on expertise with both mills and lathes.
• Ability to work independently and manage a 40‑hour week with occasional overtime.
• Willingness to commute to Milton Keynes.
