Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC & SEO)

About the role

A boutique digital agency in the North West of England, specialising in bespoke web design and integrated marketing, is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist. It is not a media buying role: it is a holistic marketing position for a strategist who understands the intersection of traffic, conversion and technical execution. You will drive high-quality leads and online growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on PPC and SEO
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to meet strict client KPIs
• Refine strategies that generate high-quality leads for service-based and e-commerce clients
• Build, edit and optimise high-converting landing pages to maximise ROI on ad spend
• Analyse campaign data and report transparently to stakeholders
• Make sure the technical and creative aspects of each account match the client's brand and growth objectives

Required profile

• Proven senior-level experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of SEO strategies
• Significant agency experience managing multiple client accounts at once
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• Availability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the GMT timezone
