Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Remote)

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Life Sciences division at PropRec Search and need an experienced recruiter to lead it from day one. This fully remote, permanent position gives you the freedom to shape strategy, own the market and build a high‑performing team while delivering results for a specialist sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the market strategy for the Life Sciences division.
• Generate new business, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and achieve billable targets.
• Build and nurture a trusted network of Life Sciences candidates and clients.
• Recruit and develop a team as the division scales.
• Collaborate with the firm’s infrastructure and brand to support growth.

Required profile

• Proven top‑performer in Life Sciences recruitment with a strong billable record.
• Established network of candidates and clients in the Life Sciences sector.
• Experience as a senior consultant or manager seeking ownership and autonomy.
• Ability to bring an existing warm desk and a desire to expand it.
