Senior Project Manager – DV Cleared

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects in a high‑assurance environment. The role is based in Basingstoke and requires a minimum of three days on site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet time, scope and budget targets.
• Manage project governance, planning, risk, issues, forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Act as senior escalation point for project and customer matters.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer engagements.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practice across the PMO.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Current, active Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a secure environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
