Senior Site Manager

About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a mixed residential development project that includes both refurbishment conversions and new builds. The role will run until 2027 and reports directly to a visiting Construction Director.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all on‑site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Manage health, safety and quality standards across the site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades for both refurbishment and new‑build works.
- Report progress, issues and risks to the Construction Director.
- Maintain site documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card.
- First Aid certification.
- Recent, relevant experience managing residential construction sites.
