Talent Acquisition Partner – Digital Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Tata Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Warwick office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on recruiting for Digital Enterprise Solutions, covering a range of technical positions such as software developers, architects, IT project managers, business analysts and SAP consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Digital Enterprise Solutions in the UK, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Lead a small team of recruiters, setting KPIs and providing hands‑on support as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UK hiring managers, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support European hiring activity, particularly in Germany and France, and occasional EU regions.
• Deliver recruitment in line with agreed SLAs, compliance standards and best practices.
• Drive direct sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, CV databases and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and job profiles.
• Manage complex offer negotiations, relocations and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
• Experience leading a small recruitment team and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong track record of hiring for technical or professional IT/Digital roles.
• Experience supporting multi‑region hiring, especially across Europe, is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
