About the role
The Talent & Development Partner will shape and deliver the organisation’s talent and development strategy, with a strong focus on leadership capability, succession planning and high‑potential programmes. Working closely with senior stakeholders and HR leadership, you will design impactful leadership initiatives and use talent data to drive organisational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the talent and development strategy, covering leadership capability, succession planning, performance management and high‑potential programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders to design and embed leadership development initiatives.
- Drive talent review, succession processes and strengthen internal mobility frameworks.
- Support long‑term workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.
- Leverage talent data and insights to inform decision‑making and enhance performance frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent management, leadership development and organisational capability.
- Background in a fast‑paced commercial environment, preferably insurance or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery skills.
- Commercially focused mindset.
