About the role
This hybrid position supports customers by assessing housing‑related queries and delivering initial advice. You will work three days on‑site in Slough and two days remotely, providing a balanced work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of housing cases.
- Provide written advice and, where appropriate, make legal decisions for customers.
- Refer complex or escalated cases to a duty officer.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Ability to evaluate housing situations and communicate decisions clearly.
- Comfort with handling confidential information.
- Willingness to work both in the office and remotely.

- Competitive hourly rate of £18.64.
- Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days home).
