Voids and Contractor Supervisor

About the role

The Voids and Contractor Supervisor will lead the delivery of a customer‑focused, value‑for‑money voids repair service across both occupied and vacant properties. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with trade operatives, sub‑contractors and customers, and ensure that all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress of voids repairs.
• Liaise with trade operatives, sub‑contractors and customers to ensure effective delivery.
• Motivate and manage a team of trade operatives, fostering a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Conduct risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaison.
• Strong IT proficiency.
• Target‑driven mindset with a customer‑first approach.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Relevant trade qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, HNC/HND in Building, or equivalent).
• Full driving licence and ability to pass a DBS check.
