Warehouse & Hazardous Goods Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse & Hazardous Goods Coordinator ensures safe, efficient movement and storage of all goods within Lush's Green Hub warehouse. Reporting to the Green Hub Assistant Managers and the Wastewater & Environmental Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end flow of inventory, from receipt to storage, while upholding the company’s high standards for safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and allocate incoming pallets to designated holding areas.
• Operate a forklift to move general inventory and hazardous waste streams.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory audits.
• Coordinate the storage of materials on racking systems, ensuring proper segregation of hazardous items.
• Assist with waste processing, recycling initiatives and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external visitors, providing clear communication about warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably handling hazardous materials.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified preferred).
