Working Groundworks Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Working Groundworks Supervisor to join our site teams across Aberdeenshire and Moray. You will lead groundworks activities on multiple sites, ensuring high‑quality delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate groundworks operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Participate hands‑on in groundworks, drainage, concrete, and foundation works as required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and project deadlines.
• Monitor progress, report updates to the Site/Project Manager and maintain accurate site records.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with problem‑solving on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations and concrete works.
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification (essential).
• Machine/plant tickets for Dumper and Roller (essential).
• Valid CSCS card.
• Willingness to work hands‑on on site when needed.
