About the role
Join Marston Holdings' growing Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Agent. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to inbound callers, helping them resolve queries, process payments and complete applications.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and deliver accurate information.
- Take and process payments with attention to detail.
- Support customers with applications, account queries and other service requests.
- Handle sensitive or difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
- Update customer records using internal systems.
Required profile
- Experience dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Professional, friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
