About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a boutique hedge fund’s London office during a period of rapid expansion. Reporting directly to the London CEO, you will oversee all aspects of office operations, vendor relationships, and internal communications across the firm’s global network.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office administration and facilities services.
- Serve as primary contact for external vendors, including cyber‑security, data providers, hardware, and facilities management.
- Coordinate internal communications and support the global client‑facing teams.
- Oversee office budgets, travel, and expense reporting for all employees.
- Lead onboarding processes and broader HR tasks as the firm scales.
- Assist client services with query handling, document sharing, and support marketing logistics for investor meetings and presentations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing office operations in a fast‑growing environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and client information.
