Program Management Specialist – Rewards & Offers

About the role

Mastercard’s Rewards and Offers team is seeking a senior Program Management Specialist to lead the development and delivery of merchant‑focused offers across Europe. You will work closely with global and regional product teams, commercialization groups, account managers and external vendors to shape the product roadmap and drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product management support for Rewards & Offers products, with a focus on Merchant Offers, across European markets.
• Manage operational aspects of product changes, updates and new functionality releases.
• Develop and monitor regional product performance using a data‑driven, KPI‑based framework.
• Collaborate with country teams and customers to identify opportunities, deliver marketing recommendations and increase product adoption.
• Analyse existing products and business models to identify gaps and propose enhancements.
• Contribute to revenue growth by continuously improving product management processes.
• Ensure global best practices and compliance are applied consistently across all European countries.
• Support new product and market readiness activities and partner with regional teams on launch initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product management within B2B and B2C environments.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, market assessments and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring product performance through KPIs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and ensure compliance with global standards.
