Retail Customer Service Manager

About the role

Entain is looking for a Retail Customer Service Manager to join its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering excellent service, promoting safer gambling and ensuring smooth shop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and encourage repeat business.
• Promote and uphold safer gambling practices.
• Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
• Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
• Demonstrate betting terminals and products to customers.
• Handle complaints with empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Work towards defined sales and service targets.
• Maintain high shop standards and cleanliness.
• Open and close the shop as a key holder.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
