About the role
We are looking for a proactive, organised Studio Assistant to keep our London studio running smoothly. The role combines reception duties with facilities support, ensuring a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front‑of‑house desk, greet visitors and handle phone enquiries.
- Maintain a well‑stocked, presentable studio space and coordinate supplies.
- Arrange equipment for new starters and departing staff.
- Carry out compliance and health‑and‑safety checks.
- Support meeting‑room setup and respond to help‑desk requests.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and ability to take ownership.
- Clear, professional communication and good judgement on escalation.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles or willingness to develop them.
- Willingness to undertake first‑aid, fire‑warden and food‑hygiene training if not already held.
Required skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

- Working hours: Mon–Thu 10:30 am–7 pm, Fri 9:30 am–6 pm.
