Decorator – Painting & Decorating Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Decorator to join our established painting and decorating team, specialising in damp and mould remediation. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality interior and exterior finishes for residential and commercial projects in Bracknell.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and paint a variety of interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard.
• Carry out damp and mould disrepair, including mould washes.
• Execute detailed decorative finishes and surface preparation such as sanding and patching.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client expectations are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Decorator, either qualified or with substantial time served.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, equipment and safety measures.
• Attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
