About the role
The company is a well‑established Scottish FMCG manufacturer seeking a Nightshift Hygiene Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and compliant environment during the night shift, working closely with production and quality teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the night hygiene team.
- Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections to uphold high standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to address issues promptly.
- Stay updated on best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and motivate staff.
