Project Director – Construction Technology

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Director to join a fast‑growing construction technology business in London. The role is client‑facing and strategic, focusing on building executive‑level relationships and helping key accounts maximise the value of our AI‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across key client accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross‑selling in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Monitor account health, customer value, and adoption metrics to support retention and revenue growth.
• Champion executive sponsorship and ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Support change‑management initiatives and successful platform adoption within client organisations.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams to influence future development.
• Create client success stories and advocacy opportunities to support wider business growth and marketing.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within a Tier 1 contractor, engineering consultancy, developer or client‑side organisation.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery, business processes and technology adoption in the built environment.
• Exceptional relationship‑building, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and influencing decision‑makers.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Customer‑first mindset and natural problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to travel as required.
